How to make the curve for the storage under the tray

I started by snapping the poles to the grid, i then used the three point tool to mark where the curve would start and end I then selected the face and then the curve and then pressed extrude, then i increased the divisions so it would actually curve

I then deleted the faces on the end and merged the vertices and combined the object to make the finished shape.

I didn't know how to make a curve like this but after being shown it is quite a simple and easy process to carry out.

Bowling Ball Return Machine Random Green Colour

Whilst working on my return machine it randomly turned green for no reason, to fix it I just assigned a new material.
I don't know why it happened or what caused it but with it there is was quite hard to work on it, and to fix it i just assigned the material to Blinn which got rid of the problem

Bowling Ball Return Machine Tray

This shows my first and second attempt at the tray for my bowling ball return machine, In my first attempt (the left one) there was no real way to tell the scale of the tray with a bowling ball inside, also the mesh was messy and the overall shape was too simple. Also there is nothing there to stop the balls just rolling off.
I fixed all these problems with my second attempt (the right one). I added barriers on the end to make sure the balls stay in. i added two sections for the ball to roll like an actual return machine. I also made the mesh a cleaner so there would be less problems if i decided to change it, and overall it just looks better than my previous attempt.

Bowling Ball Return Machine Support problem

While making my supports i had a problem with the middle of the mesh not looking right due to the way i made it.
I overcame this problem by simply smoothing the mesh, this made it look better as a whole as well as fix the problem
